Talent policy

I. Time Table

1. Part of the reserve positions are divided into four shifts and two shifts, with two days off and two rest periods. Each shift lasts for 12 hours (including meal time);

2. Part of the reserved positions are on a daily shift, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00 and weekends off (adjustable);

3. Enjoy national statutory holidays in accordance with the law.

II. Six insurances and one provident fund
According to the social security policies of Hangzhou city and specific policies of the company, pay the five insurances and housing provident fund; In addition, individuals can participate in trade union mutual aid medical insurance and Longsheng Group internal medical supplementary insurance according to their personal wishes.

III. Paid Annual Leave
After one year of joining the company, employees are entitled to paid annual leave. Employees from outside the province can be reimbursed for their travel expenses during the designated time and enjoy adjusted leave.

IV. Allowances and Subsidies

V. Accommodation and Meals

VI. Training and Recreational Activities
Implement the "Little Dragon Talent" training program and organize specialized training courses for college students. Regularly or irregularly organize various outdoor quality development activities. The company regularly provides various training and skill title promotions, and reimburses related expenses. VII. Talent Policies
Eligible employees may benefit from dual talent subsidies from Hangzhou City and Qiantang District.

Living allowance for fresh graduates in Hangzhou: 10000 to 80000 yuan.

Domestic and foreign college students and high skilled talents who meet the conditions to intern in the new district will receive a monthly internship subsidy of 3000 yuan at both the city and city levels.

Hangzhou rental subsidy: College students receive an annual rental subsidy of 10000 yuan, up to a maximum of 60000 yuan. Qiantang New Area rental subsidy: You can enjoy a three-year rental subsidy of 800-1200 yuan/month.
