Talent policy

I. Work Schedule

  1. Some reserve positions follow a four-team, two-shift rotation with two days on and two days off, each shift lasting 12 hours (including meal breaks).
  2. Some reserve positions operate on a regular day shift, working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends off (adjustable).
  3. Statutory national holidays are observed in accordance with the law.

II. Six Insurances and One Housing Fund
In compliance with Hangzhou’s social insurance policies and the company’s specific policies, five social insurances and housing provident fund are provided. Additionally, employees may voluntarily enroll in the labor union mutual medical insurance and Longsheng Group’s internal supplementary medical insurance.

III. Paid Annual Leave
Employees who have completed one year of service are entitled to paid annual leave. Employees from outside the province are eligible for reimbursement of home visit travel expenses during specified periods and may enjoy adjusted leave.

IV. Allowances and Subsidies
Employees are eligible for various allowances, including full-attendance bonuses, seniority allowances, education allowances, skill allowances, shift differentials, and night meal subsidies. Additional benefits include traditional festival gift vouchers, birthday coupons, summer high-temperature subsidies and cold beverages, free health check-ups, and various labor union benefits.

V. Accommodation and Meals
Free accommodation is provided in twin-share hotel-style apartments. The company cafeteria offers free meals during work hours or meal subsidies. Commuter shuttle services are available for transportation within Hangzhou city.

VI. Training and Recreational Activities
The "Little Dragon" training program is implemented, including specialized training sessions for university graduates. Regular outdoor team-building activities are organized. A "mentorship" system (two experienced employees guiding one new hire) facilitates quick integration for new employees. The company regularly provides various training and skill certification opportunities, with related fees reimbursed. The company’s labor union, Party and Youth League committees, and HR department organize regular recreational activities. Employees may also participate in various events and competitions hosted by the parent company, Zhejiang Longsheng Group, as well as activities organized by Hangzhou’s Communist Youth League and labor unions (including matchmaking events, travel, and wellness retreats).

VII. Talent Policies
Eligible employees may benefit from dual talent policy subsidies from Hangzhou City and Qiantang District.
