In order to meet the urgent needs of agricultural development, in accordance with the instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on accelerating the construction of the fertilizer industry, in March 1958, the Hangzhou Nitrogen Fertilizer Factory began to be established in Huangjiayan, Linping, Yuhang County. This was the predecessor of our factory. On May 16, 1958, the Party Branch Committee of the Local State-owned Hangzhou Synthetic Ammonia and Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant of the Communist Party of China was established, with Liu Chuanxun as the Party branch secretary. There were 16 Party members in total. In August 1959, the factory site was moved to the area near Huilong Mountain in Puyan Town, Xiaoshan County.

The Party Committee of the Municipal Light Industry Bureau has decided to dissolve the Party branches of Hangzhou Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant, Xiaoshan Soda Ash Plant, Changhe Solvent Plant and Changhe Refined Benzene Plant, and establish the Party Committee of Changhe Chemical Plant, with Liu Chuanxun as the Party Secretary. It has five Party branches with a total of 73 Party members. On October 12 of the same year, the Changchangchang Factory was renamed "Longshan Chemical Factory".

The Municipal Ministry of Industry has decided to establish the Communist Party Committee of Longshan Chemical Industry Company, which is affiliated to the Municipal Bureau of Light Industry, with Sun Baoju serving as the Party Secretary. Four Party branches were established in Longshan Fertilizer Plant, Longshan Soda Ash Plant, Longshan Refined Benzene Plant, Datong Electrochemical Plant (the predecessor of Hangzhou Electrochemical Plant) and Datong Calcium Carbide Plant.

The Municipal People's Committee has approved the dissolution of Longshan Chemical Industry Company and the merger of Longshan Fertilizer Factory, Longshan Soda Ash Factory and Longshan Refined Benzene Factory, which will be named "Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Factory". On December 24, 1962, the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to establish the Communist Party Committee of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant. The first Party Congress of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant was held, and the first Party Committee of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant was elected. Sun Baoju was appointed as the Party secretary. Three Party branches were set up, with a total of 91 Party members affiliated to the Municipal Light Industry Bureau. Until the "Cultural Revolution" began in 1966 and the Party committee was overwhelmed, the organizational structure of the Party committee remained unchanged.

During the ten years of the "Cultural Revolution" from May 1966 to October 1976, the Party committee was undermined and leading cadres were illegally criticized and persecuted. Production has been affected. The normal working order has been disturbed and disrupted. In August 1966, the factory name was changed to "Zhinong Chemical Factory". On February 29, 1968, the Hangzhou Revolutionary Committee approved the establishment of the Hangzhou Zhinong Chemical Factory Revolutionary Committee, with Xu Daxiong as the group leader. It had two groups, namely the Political Work Group and the production group, as well as six Party branches. On May 9, 1969, the Municipal Light Industry Bureau approved the establishment of the core leading group of the Revolutionary Committee of Hangzhou Zhinong Chemical Factory. In March 1970, with the approval of the Hangzhou Revolutionary Committee, the new Party Committee of Hangzhou Zhinong Chemical Factory, namely the Second Party Congress, was established. Zhao Dezhen was appointed as the Party Secretary. It had six Party branches with a total of 115 Party members and was affiliated to the Light Industry Bureau.

The Party Committee of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant has established a Standing Committee. The standing committee members are Liu Degui, Dong Shichang, Zhu Yaohuan, Zhou Haosheng, Zhu Dunfu, Ma Guangwu and Chen Jianhua.

The Party Committee of the Municipal Chemical Industry Bureau has approved the establishment of a Party Committee Office, a Political Department, an Organization Department, a Publicity Department and a Security Department in our factory. In December 1977, the original Hangzhou Branch Chemical エ Plant was renamed Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant. In March 1982, the Municipal Economic Commission approved the establishment of the first Discipline Inspection Commission of the Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant Party Committee, with Zhu Dunfu serving as the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. A total of nine Party branches were set up, with 206 Party members. In September 1983, in accordance with the requirements of the city-wide institutional reform, the original system and working institutions of the factory were adjusted. The original nine Party branches were reorganized and three new Party branches were established. So far, there are a total of twelve Party branches and 256 Party members, which are under the jurisdiction of the Party Committee of the Municipal Chemical Industry Bureau.

After the Municipal Chemical Industry Bureau abolished the establishment of the Municipal Chemical Industry Company, it came under the jurisdiction of this company. On March 8 of the same year, the Party Committee of the Municipal Economic Commission, in accordance with the spirit of Document No. 28 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (931) and Document No. 2 of the Provincial Committee (2), informed our factory that the Standing Committee system would no longer be established. With the deepening of the urban economic system reform, after our factory implemented the factory director responsibility system in 1985, the Party and administrative leadership teams of the factory underwent significant adjustments. In June 1985, the third Party Congress of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant was held. After election, it was submitted to the Hangzhou Economic Commission and the Party Committee of the Hangzhou Chemical Company for approval. The third Party Committee and the Second Discipline Inspection Committee of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant were established. Sun Weifang was appointed as the Party Secretary and Duan Guohua as the Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary. The committee has twelve Party branches with a total of 297 Party members. In January 1987, the factory's Party committee decided to establish a retired Party branch. In March of the same year, the entire factory's organizational structure was adjusted. The original twelve Party branches were divided according to their organizational Settings and combined into sixteen Party branches. The re-election of each Party branch was held in July of the same year. There are 317 Party members in total.

The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held, proposing to accelerate and deepen reform and implement the separation of the Party and the government. In August 1988, the Fourth Party Congress of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant was held. After election, it was approved by the Hangzhou Economic Commission and the Party Committee of Hangzhou Chemical Company. The Fourth Party Committee and the Third Discipline Inspection Commission of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Plant were elected. Sun Weifang was appointed as the Party Secretary and Wei Zuxun as the Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. There were sixteen Party branches under it, with 320 Party members.

The fifth Party Congress of the factory elected the Fifth Party Committee and the Fourth Discipline Inspection Commission of the factory. Sun Weifang was appointed as the Party Secretary and Wei Zuxun as the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. There are six Party branches under it, with a total of 335 Party members. In 1993 and 1994, after adjustments, the two Party branches were merged and reorganized. Additionally, the two Party branches were abolished and one new Party branch was established and added. In August 1994, the company was renamed Hangzhou Longshan Chemical General Factory.

The Sixth Party Congress of the factory was held. With the approval of the Municipal Economic Commission and the Municipal Chemical Company, the Sixth Party Committee and the Fifth Discipline Inspection Committee were established. Bao Youxing was appointed as the Party Secretary and Wei Zuxun as the Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary. There were fifteen Party branches under the factory, with a total of 343 Party members (excluding the Changzheng Chemical Factory).

The Longhua, Electrochemical and Oil Chemical Plants were merged to form the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Committee of Hangzhou Electrochemical Group Company's Sales Plant. The Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Group of Hangzhou Electrochemical Group Company's Longshan Chemical General Plant were established, with Wei Zuxun as the Party Secretary and Wang Zicheng as the Discipline Inspection Group Leader. There are sixteen Party branches under it, with a total of 410 Party members (including the Changzheng Chemical Plant).

The Seventh Congress of the Communist Party of China of Longhua Plant, Hangzhou Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. was held. The Seventh Party Committee and the Sixth Discipline Inspection Group of Longshan Chemical General Plant, Hangzhou Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. were elected. Huang Zhihua was appointed as the Party Secretary and Dai Liqiang as the Discipline Inspection Group Leader. Fourteen Party branches were set up under it.

The three factories were split and restructured to form Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co., LTD. The Communist Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co., Ltd. were established. Peng Li was appointed as the Party Secretary and Wei Zuxun as the Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary.

The 8th Congress of the Communist Party of China Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co., LTD. Longhua Plant was held. The 8th Party Committee and the 7th Discipline Inspection Commission were elected. Peng Li was appointed as the Party Secretary, Jin Peican as the Deputy Party Secretary, and Dai Liqiang as the Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary. There are 13 Party branches under it, with a total of 240 Party members.

The company moved from Binjiang Puyan Longshan to Xiaoshan Linjiang Industrial Park (now Qiantang District Linjiang High-tech Industrial Park).

The 9th Congress of the Communist Party of China Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co., Ltd. was held in the middle of the month. The 9th Party Committee and the 8th Discipline Inspection Commission of the company were elected. Jin Peican was appointed as the Party Secretary and Dai Liqiang as the Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary. The company has ten Party branches with a total of 197 Party members.

As the original Party Secretary of the company, Jin Peican, has resigned, the new Chairman and General Manager of the company, Shan Yuehui, has taken over as the Party Secretary of the company. Later, due to reasons such as the company's equity acquisition and the transfer of organizational relations, the meeting was postponed. After approval by the superior Party organization, the 10th Congress of the Communist Party of China Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co., Ltd. was held on January 10, 2020. The 10th Party Committee and the 9th Discipline Inspection Commission of the company were elected. Shan Yuehui was appointed as the Party Secretary and Gong Zhaofeng as the Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary. Five branches were set up, with a total of 119 Party members. In September of the same year, the Party branch of the Tangxi production base was abolished.

In order to further improve the united front work of the enterprise, promote the healthy development of the private economy and the healthy growth of private business people, after research and decision by the company's Party committee and approval by the Party Working Committee of Linjiang High-tech Park, the United Front Work Department of the Communist Party Committee of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co., Ltd. is established, with Gong Zhaofeng serving as the Minister of the United Front Work Department of the company's Party Committee.

To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the important remarks made by General Secretary Xijinping on the private economy, in accordance with the relevant documents of the central and provincial, municipal and district committees, and in light of the actual work of the company, from November 22nd to 30th, the company's Party committee organized a special training session on studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
